My Digital Dialogue is owned and managed by Ray Cross. Ray is an experienced trainer who has been training for over 20 years. Ray began her career in IT as an IT manager in the early 1990’s but enjoyed sharing the benefits that IT could bring to individuals and organisations so much that she gained a teaching qualification and worked as IT lecturer for a large South London college, in the evenings she delivered IT classes to city workers at the City University.
At the beginning of 2000 Ray left teaching and created her own company to focus on in company training. Ray’s experience covers the whole training cycle, from the initial concept and training needs analysis to post course feedback analysing. She has developed and delivered a wide range of courses, to a diverse group of delegates, from national roll outs of new software in well-known blue chip companies and public sector organisations. In 2008 she rebranded her company My Digital Dialogue Ltd, to reflect the addition of online training.
Our focus is on forming relationships with our clients and delegates and we place great importance on customer service, ensuring that our training and after training support is carried out to the highest standard. We believe people learn best by taking part and learning in a relaxed, fun atmosphere with relevant training rather than being lectured to. We focus on helping people develop their skills and we have designed our training through a set of activities to get people excited about the topic, so when they leave the session they actively seek out new learning for themselves.
All our trainers are qualified experts in their chosen fields and enforce our “no jargon” policy delivering our courses in plain English in an innovative and interactive style.
Follow up Training and Support
We believe our post course support is second to none. We provide extensive course notes but if a delegate is struggling to remember or needs help on a topic we have trained we are here to help at the end of an email.
